LISTS OF COMPANIES: TWO DIFFERENT TYPES



Lists of Companies are a method of extracting and viewing the data contained in the Business Register: the service can be used to select a group of companies using a range of different search criteria, and to produce documents with lists of the resulting companies.

Two types of list are foreseen:

  • Company Addresses Only

    Info only about company name and geo-logistical data
  • Extended Info

    Extended Info

    Info also on economic and staff data, meaningful dates

this contains the company name, the full address of the Registered Office (or main office, the administrative centre of business) and, if existing and declared by the company, further information such as website, phone number, email address (not PEC address)

Info also on economic and staff data, meaningful dates

in addition to the list above, this one contains the Tax Code (Business Register Number), REA (Economic and Administrative Index) Number, AA (Artisan Companies Register) Number, staff data, capital, activities, economic data such as value of production, revenues, profits or losses, etc.

With a careful selection of the parameters, you will get a list perfectly tailored to your information needs.

Every single search gives the possibility to extract lists containing up to 10,000 positions.

LISTS OF COMPANIES: SELECTION CRITERIA

The system offers multiple selection criteria, which can be combined freely, for example:

 

  • type of company: all, corporation and partnership, sole proprietorship and more, start-up
  • legal form: all those foreseen for every type of company
  • geo-location: region, province, municipality, zip code
  • activity carried out: one or more, according to NACE code (Nomenclature des Activités Économiques dans la Communauté Européenne)
  • capital class
  • revenue class
  • staff number class
